Room was ok, outside parking trash everywhere. Guests were out doing doughnuts on the parking lot. At 2am. Didn't felt safe there. Guy who check us in was nice.

Stay if you like the sound of crickets IN YOUR ROOM. Asked for someone to come remove bugs, no one came. Had to stuff towels under the door to try and keep bugs from entering and had to ask for a tub plug to keep bugs from coming up through the drain.

Nice people, lots of parking, cheap and convenient

The property is a little run down but the people are so nice they more than make up for it. If you are only staying a night or two, this place is totally good.

Need a big overhaul

First, the check-in Person wasn’t friendly. Didn’t give her name or welcome us. So, got the keys and opened the door, it smelled awful and A/C wouldn’t come on. Went back to the Desk, gave us another room. Terrible. Mold on ceiling, water leaking by the tub. Just a terrible experience, this place should not be listed on any site.

The sink drained very slowly, and the toilet was loose from the floor. The UCB port on one of the lamps did not work, and the electrical outlet near the sink was not working. Also, for my last evening there were bugs on the floor.

Learned my Lession..

Have stayed here several times and put up with conditions because of price... This time very disappointed since no hot water in sink, Was NOT a NON SMOKING room so smelled like an ashtray..AC made loud noise also.. The room was very clean by the maid , so give credit there.

Easy check in. We stayed at other hotels in Giddings before that were more expensive but not as clean and renovated as this hotel. Will stay again

A really nice room.

I had to make an impromptu trip and needed to crash for a night and wasn't expecting a whole lot, but the room was actually fantastic. It looked like it was recently renovated and the renovation was done well and in good taste. I had to leave before breakfast, but I was really pleased with how nice the room was.
