"Some things were great, some things were a bit off. The property itself is very nice and the play area for kids on level -1 is really great. Our son enjoyed playing there for a few hours. The pool is also nice, but the hot tubs outside are quite small. The concierge was able to arrange babysitting, which was really nice, except they got the times wrong so I was really glad I double checked before the babysitter came. They also couldn't tell me the price correctly, which resulted in an awkward situation with the babysitter. My wife has a dairy allergy and it was great that the restaurant has a menu with allergy information. However there was only one item on the whole menu that my wife could have. We really appreciated the efforts of "

"Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Szlakami 5 Dolin. The view is beautiful. The apartment was perfect. We arrived late so there wasn’t anyone at the reception but we received all the info before we arrived and had a smooth check in. We tried the Sauna one evening and it was good. The staff were lovely. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. There is no housekeeping service which was abit of let down. It is far out from central and no transport closeby. It is great if you have a car. Otherwise, it will have to be a taxi to central. We didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Overall good stay."

"Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. Expedia did not communicate this and I wouldn't have booked if I had known. Otherwise the property is fine, though there are big rotten holes in the patio - very unsafe."
