Perfect location budget hotel

Brief stay for one night from thr airport and before going up the mountains. Hotel is easy to find even though not on the main street, thus quiet as well. Close to the train stations and bus to the big buddha. Room is good for its price. Would be perfect budget hotel if there is a lift from the ground to the reception on 1/F.
