"Very helpful staff , amazing breakfast, very accommodating to customers needs"

"Everything is good"

"The property is right on Gig Harbor with absolutely beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and elegant. The dock for sitting/sipping is new and kit at night! Kayaks available and one of these days I will do it! Some light snacks provided. Bars, popcorn, cookies etc. You can't find a better place to stay on the harbor."

"The house cleaning crew banged on our door about 30 min prior to check out. We were still sleeping at the time, so it was pretty irritating. Then we wanted yo call for late check out, however they do not have a phone in the room. Therefore, you have to call the number posted online (no direct number). Then again, housekeeping, banged on our door again before our late check out at noon. The housekeeping staff should know which rooms are vacant or not, instead of rudely banging on the door."

"Hot tub with no bubbles Hair found in bathroom notification given to front desk. I had to clean it myself. Waffle timer not working."

"Everything was great except for housekeeping. Said they clean the rooms every other day. But, even on the day of our 3 day stay they didn't make the beds and left wet towels on our floor Therefore, they weren't left a tip. Rest of the hotel was amazing."

"Room and facilities clean, convenient location. Good breakfast."

"The total lack of adequate hook up for technology. The phone rang busy for all departments for 1+ hours."

"Staff was so nice and helpful. They let us check in earlier."

"It was in a great location and reasonably priced for Seattle. Staff were very friendly at front desk. Breakfast was great with several options."

"Great short stay"
