"Great place for family stay and my family wants to visit again. But the bedding pillow was too high for my husband and he had trouble sleeping. Bedding was comfortable but not the best compared to other hotels. Interior was excellent with nice view and great kitchen area. It had LG Styler which we can refresh our clothes which was awesome. It is very decent upscale residence type hotel."

"西面駅からすぐで立地がよく、地下鉄までエレベーターがある場所なので重い荷物があっても楽でした。洗濯をしたい私にはとても快適でした。チェックイン直前にさまざまな連絡がマッサージで送られてくるので、少しどきどきしましたが問題はなかったです。不明な点はメッセージでやりとりできるため私は問題ありませんでした。"
