"I really love where I stayed in room 1937. It was on 19th floor with city view. The host was so accommodating and replies always in an instant. Room was clean, smells good and quiet. Everything was advised smoothly. I only wish check in is earlier like hotels like 2pm."

"No communication whatsoever the ad posted was a scam. There are at least four buildings. They didn’t state what build the room was in. There’s no email address to contact them and nobody answered the phone number. I do not recommend staying at this place."

"Great shopping and restaurants downstairs. Host only communicated check in options after the security guard searched their contact info. Very confusing check in. Poor communication. No toilet paper or paper towel. Had to request additional towels and pillow cases. Beat part was the price and location. "
