"Beautiful place to enjoy nature! Peaceful ! Pool time was refreshing! The downside is that the dome gets very hot during the day. At least at night is nice and cold ! But we really enjoyed !"

"Beautiful cabin in a beautiful location. Joshua answered my many questions quickly. Unfortunately for us, the weather did not cooperate, so we didn't get to roam the property as much as we would have liked. The one day of good weather we had was spent exploring the pond, picking wild blackberries, discovering a fox den behind the cabin (we also heard them calling to each other that night!), enjoying the brisk pool, and making s'mores in the firepit. My daughter loved spending the remaining rainy days in the hammock on the covered deck IDing birds with the Merlin app and watching the humming birds dive bomb each other at the feeder. There are a few things you should be prepared for keeping in mind this is a cabin in the woods. The driveway is rough in spots, so make sure whatever you drive can handle a few bumps and dips . The pool water while clean, is green. The convertible couch downstairs is extremely firm, so not the most comfortable to sleep on. If wifi is a priority to you, all 5 of us couldn't login at the same time at night, and it doesn't reach the annex. Cell service was fine. Also keep in mind the area is rural and dining options are limited. Most places close early and aren't open 7 days a week. It's Mom's vacation too, and my one rule is I don't cook dinner, so we wound up driving to the Oneonta area most nights. I do recommend Pizza Plus for a local option. All that being said, we enjoyed our stay and would come back to see the fall colors!"

"We had a lovely stay at Catherine’s home! Communication was excellent, from the reservation, to the check in, to the check out. The weather was not on our side for vacation (lots of rain) but having the sauna and hot tub made all the difference! The house is nicely appointed, comfortable and very private. We also enjoyed spending time at the beautiful state park just down the road."

"5/5 stars! The home was darling! Anika and Ahsan were incredibly responsive. The house was well stocked, clean, and filled with attentive amenities for guests to use and enjoy. There was a snowstorm while we were there and someone came early to plow and shovel our pathway. We received a detailed guide for local activities and establishments. Would love to visit again! "

"We had such a nice time here with my daughter and dog for a little fall getaway. The house was so sweet and cozy. My daughter loved the swing. I got such cute videos with the scenic views in the background. The house itself was so cute, we had everything we needed, they were stocked with dog treats too. We played games at night, the outside was so relaxing to sit and have coffee in the morning. It was close to such a cute town and close to some adventures we did while there. Would definitely stay again. "
