"The hotel was very clean and freshly renovated! The office staff was super friendly. About 15ish minutes from the Mockingbird Manor wedding venue, so worked out great for our stay."

"The women at the front desk helped us find a room to help my mother with special needs. She brought a key up to use and helped us move rooms. The hotel is very clean and has a great breakfast. The kind women in the kitchen helped me pack up food to deliver breakfast to my mom in our room."

"Mr. Patel the owner has been giving me trouble the entire time checking in. He has been so rude and he kept being smart with me. One incident being that he tried to forcibly charge me on sight than what was online. So i had him give me my card back and i made a reservation myself online. He also didnt allow my guest to have access to the room even when i booked for 2 guest and stated that i didnt put him down and there is no option for that online. Only the person checking in which we’ve already did."

"First the hotel looks really nice and brand new. Check in was wonderful with a nice clerk. Problems inside the room include no hairdryer( maid said someone must have stolen the last one) , One towel that looked like someone wiped their rear and it was never washed, others that looked like they had been there for a couple of weeks. When we went to get breakfast the next morning at 8:30( it closes at 9), most of the food items were empty including orange juice, eggs , breakfast meats, danish and pastries. It even took ten minutes to find someone to help. Really poor run hotel that should not be by the way it looks. We stayed at Hampton on the way back after the weekend."
