Great and Fabulous Get-away

We offer an exceptional vacation home that has stunning views, lots of room, and is in a great location? This is a large 2,500 sq. ft home with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. There are spacious areas for socializing and the lower level family room is a favorite spot to make memories. Designed for fun with a foosball, a PlayStation 3 gaming system and a flat-screen TV. An enticing hot tub for 8 people is a plus. Our home is minutes away from Gunstock Mountain resort & the infamous Lake Winnipesaukee for summer and winter fun activities!
The home features include memory foam queen beds, TVs with Netflix and Hulu, WiFi, outdoor grill, towels, linens, fully equipt kitchen, fire pit outside, etc.

Labor Day Weekend and Concert
We stayed at the house for a concert and Labor Day weekend. We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers. There was plenty of space and the communication with the owner was great. Super close to the beach and an amazing location for the concert.

Great winter house 5 min from Gunstock
This was the perfect place to stay to enjoy a low key ski weekend. The house is 5 min away from Gunstock which made everything just so easy and less stressful when corralling young kids to get ready for lessons. It’s very clean and well stocked, everything is in great shape, but not SO pristine that I was worried about the kids making a mess of things. (If I was staying here without kids it was completely nice and well taken care of, no complaints but just noting it was great for a family in that regard.) Lots of games and TV and the views from the deck and hot tub were beautiful! The only thing that we didn’t realize that I would note for others with younger kids is that the bedroom with the trundle bed is in the basement (rest of the rooms are on the second floor) but there were two twin mattresses in the closet of the master bedroom so we were able to easily adjust our plan and enjoy our stay comfortably. Tons of extra pillows, etc. We loved it and are excited to come back!

Friends weekend away!
We enjoyed this property as it had everything we were looking for, within 15 minutes of where we were going over the weekend and had plenty of parking spots for all of my friends and me to park. Multigenerational vacation
This trip brought our family together from different parts the country post vaccination. I had communicated with Mohammed several times before our trip and he was very responsive and helpful. He really went out of his way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. As for the house, it was amazing. The location was great. Near Weirs Beach and state park beach as well. The house was immaculate and had every comfort of home and more. The owners really thought of everything. When you travel there are always things that are missing in the room. Little things that can be annoying but this house was just really well thought out for ease of use, convenience and comfort. The owners were very generous and had some snacks and food in the pantry and fridge. The decks were incredible as was the hot tub. The basement had an air hockey table that we Loved playing. Tons of games and tv options as well. Mohammed continued to be helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I just really thought this house was incredible for a family and would highly recommend. We will be back!
