3 bedrooms, one full bathroom, washer dryer, open concept living area, beautiful and private deck and back yard. Minutes from Ellacoya State Park and Gunstock Recreational Area. Short drive to farm stands, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants.

The best of all worlds nestled into this lovingly restored home. The living area is upstairs with dining table, living room, open/galley kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms on the lower level, 2 of the bedrooms have a Queen Bed and the third bedroom has two Twin Beds with Twin Trundles. This property will sleep up to 8 people!

Amenities include a fire pit in the back yard, washer, dryer, high speed internet! The owners will consider a pet with prior approval so be prepared to share a photo of your beloved. If accepted, there will be a pet fee and a pet agreement to sign. New to the rental market so plenty of availability!

Ellacoya State Park beach is open from 5/13/23- 9/18/23. Admission is $5 for adults; $2 for children ages 6-11; children ages 5 and under and NH residents age 65 and over are admitted free.

Please note: Linens are not included with this home so you will need to bring your own sheets and towels, or you can rent them from Break Away Rentals. Family Vacation

Awesome family vacation! Rental was exactly like the pictures. This house was very clean, had enough cookware and they left little soaps and shampoo if you forgot it. Along with other little things. We would definitely stay here again.

Exploring NH

Not only is Cottonwood Trail just a hop away from Lake Winnie, mountain trails, the movies and Funspot (for those rainy days), and outlet shopping, but it's also an easy day trip to other NH attractions like the Cog Railway, Mount Washington, Portsmouth area ocean beaches, and Isle of Shoals. We did it all! At the end of a long day, we could relax at Cottonwood Trail and enjoy each other's company in the beautifully decorated and well-appointed living area and deck or retreat to the quiet of the bedroom level. It was perfect for our group!

Peaceful location

Great place to stay for a quiet visit to the area. The accommodations were very satisfactory. We pulled our trailer for the Laconia Bike Rally but needed to park it at the top of the driveway to load and unload. We could park our pickup in the driveway but no way to unload in the driveway as it is steeper than appears in the photos. Everything worked out well. Jim and Jan Cloepfil
