Enjoy your own private resort with all the amenities you can imagine including large Indoor Swimming Pool, large deck with plenty of chaise/chairs, whirlpool, Sauna & Steam room to spoil yourself. The pool room's huge windows treat you to beautiful mountain views.
A pub with built in bar, large TV and Indoor grill for those chilly nights adjoins the pool area. Picturesque views of the mountain ranges and partial view of Lake Winnipesaukee will take your breath away.
Rolling lawns, gardens and a private pond (not for boating/swimming) with beautiful sunset views accent the sprawling 37 acres land with 7000+/- square foot tastefully built one of a kind Home. It is centrally located in NH within couple hours of ride from Boston or an hour from Southern NH. It is also minutes away from Laconia airport, other state parks, beaches, lakes, Ski resorts and a short drive to numerous other hot spots destinations the lakes region and White Mountains has to offer year round. Please NOTE: The pool is maintained at a comfortable temperature of 73-75 degrees minimum using a De-humidification recycling system & the whirlpool is set at 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Great weekend away

Fantastic stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The host was responsive and made the check-in process seamless. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great place for family reunion

Delightful place for a family reunion. Lots to do in the area and then a real treat to return later in the day to a dip in the pool. We played pool volleyball for hours!

Winter getaway

Stayed for long weekend with family! Plenty of room for all! The pool was a hit with the grandchildren. Very close to skiing great for seasoned skiers as well as new beginners. Must remember to book lesson ahead of time and also ski rentals.

Great property for large groups

We had a three day Christmas celebration with our family and it was the perfect place for 18 family members ages 10 to 77 years old! The amenities kept everyone more than happy. There were also three enormous areas that could accommodate the entire group at one time! We would highly recommend this property!

Family reunion/ski weekend

This home was a perfect setup for our family reunion ski weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was the highlight of our nights! Having 2 kitchens was great. We did have some ants come visit us in the pool kitchen everyday of our stay but it didn’t interfere with our fun. Highly recommend a stay at this property!

Best House for Family Ski Vacation in NH

Massive 7,000 sq ft. super cool house close to Gunstock that felt like we rented an entire commercial lodge. Bedrooms and baths for everyone, large indoor pool, hot tub, steam and sauna, bar area, game room, and huge fireplaced dining room with seating for 20! Kids were ecstatic and we had the best time. Amazing home for large group

We loved our stay at this home. The space is amazing and perfect for a large group. We rented this home for a family wedding held at Gunstock. The location was ideal. All of the appliances in the main kitchen look new and top of the line. The pool area is nicer than many hotels. We will drfinitely come back.

Amazing house and beautiful view.

This house was absolutely wonderful. Great location. Close enough to Lake Winnipesaukee and weirs beach, but secluded and quiet at night. The view from the backyard was amazing. Having the pool and pool house was such a great feature, it kept everyone together and entertained. Will definitely rent this house again.

If pool parties are your thing...

We chose this house for the indoor pool. It kept the elementary age kids actively occupied. And the kitchen and seating area near the pool was used extensively from breakfast on. This is the ultimate party house!

Amazing Experience

We picked this place because the pictures looked great and all the needs of our group would be met. We were blown away by how much better it was in-person. The views were fantastic (and made for a great marriage proposal spot for a couple members of our party). The place is extremely spacious; even though we had the maximum number of guests, it never felt crowded at all. The owners were extremely helpful and were quick to respond to any questions that arose. We are extremely likely to revisit in the future.

"Senior" Birthday Getaway

The location is exceptional. The pool area, steam room, sauna, and total recreation area were amazing. The pool temperature (air and water) was good for this time of year. The consistent 4 foot pool depth made it great for a community water volley ball game. (*We are all over 65) Having 5 "king bedrooms with three bathrooms in three different areas of the house allowed the entire adult group comfort and privacy. We also made use of the 2 bathrooms near the pool. The extra large living room on the main floor has a beautiful view and plenty of space for all. In addition the owner was very supportive of our needs and quick to communicate.

Family summer vacation

My mom takes me and my 2 brothers’ families on vacation every summer. There are 14 of us. It is very difficult to get everyone together because most of the kids are now adults. I found this wonderful home which is only 2 hours from home. There was plenty of room for everyone and the indoor pool is amazing. The location is 3-5 miles to everything. We would recommend this house to anyone. Our host Malini is wonderful. She answered all questions and check in and check out was a breeze. Thank you again Malini.
