Gardens unkempt, pool and pool area in disrepair (broken tiles in pool, lifted and splintered deck around pool), surfaces in kitchen not clean, spider webs everywhere, toilet and basin in ensuite poorly connected, towels and throw rugs heavinly stained, etc. Property in need of a good clean up and maintenance.Host was easy to deal with and pleasant.
