"The host was very responsive and got us in early when we didn’t account for the time change. The property was as described & they followed up a couple days after check in to make sure we were good to go. We had a party of 16 and everyone was comfortable. The laundry room with the extra fridge & the FANS in the top floor bedrooms were AMAZING. This was our first trip to broken bow & we would recommend this property & these hosts to anyone looking to stay here. Thanks for being great hosts for our 5th annual family vacation! "

"My family of four travels frequently, and this was by far one of our favorite finds! The property was just as described. We really enjoyed all the outdoor spaces and activities. Being right on the river was perfect! We enjoyed kayaking as a family, and my son fished nonstop. We hope to return soon! Also--there was a minor problem with the A/C, and the only reason I'm mentioning it is to point out that it was fixed immediately with excellent communication with the host and zero interruption to our stay. Top notch management and overall awesome property!"
