"Had a great experience, the property was nice and quiet. My room was clean and it smelled good. Didn't have a chance to eat the complementary breakfast, I will next time. My only takeaway of the room is the ac and heat thermostat on the wall didn't work, had to control the ac from the unit itself. Overall it was still a nice hotel and I am already looking forward to the next visit."

"It may have just been my room, but I set the a/c as low as it would go(64) and it never got below 76 on the thermostat. The ceiling fan blew really strong so it was bearable, but I was close to asking for another room. Really no other complaints."

"I like the parking convenience and Casino convenience. I was disappointed that our room wasn’t cleaned and no clean towels automatically given. We were told the rooms are cleaned until our stay, this is the first time that had happened to us. We asked for cleaned towels, waited two hours and had go back to the front desk to request them again. The extensions on the room phone didn’t work, we couldn’t contact front desk, housekeeping nor room service."

"This was NOT a good stay! The website was down to check in. The lady at the front desk was rude and left me on hold for someone else to assist me. The keys did not work to get in the building. Each time I left out the room to go outside the building, I had to walk around the building. The keys did not work for the entire weekend!!!! I called to get more towels, the whole day went by and I got nothing. I had to find housekeepers in order to get my own towels. The staff (some of them) was...
