We received an email with instructions that our keys would be in the safe in the hotel building. When we found our keys it said we were in a different building, we had booked ski in/ski out because we wanted ski in/ski out. There was a 'map' in the envolope however this was not a map it was just a illustration of the two buildings next to one...
