Lovely staff, lovely entrance, lovely grounds and lovely comfy beds. Lost a star (would have been half a star if possible) unfortunately due to the ladies spa room as there were a number of maintenance issues and generally felt a little tired and worn out. Newport Student Village - Campus Accommodation
I arrived to find there was no parking . When it said on booking free parking available. Then at reception I was told you had to pay for parking and car spaces were rent out. So no parking even though I was a student.
