"방갈로7번 위에 다 뚫려있어서 얼어죽을뻔했어요ㅜㅜ 전기장판하나 있는데 그것마저도 새벽에 꺼져서 밖에서자는것처럼 너무 추웠어요. 지금날씨에는 미리 얘기를 해주시거나 설명에 써주시면 좋을것같아요. 손님이 갔을때 따로 연락이나 설명이 없으시다 나중에 따님인지 누가오셔서 설명해주셨어요. 체크인시 미리 호스트가 확인해주시는게 필요할 것 같습니다."
