Beautiful, cosy apartment house, 2 storeys, renovated in 2022. In the centre of Gingst, in a quiet position, 10 km from the sea. For shared use: property 600 m2 (fenced) with lawn and flowers, beautiful garden to relax. Barbecue, fireplace. In the house: lounge, infrared sauna, storage room for bicycles, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Parking at 50 m. Shop 50 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 20 m, bakery 500 m, bus stop "Gingst" 500 m, sandy beach 10 km. Nearby attractions: Störtebeker Festspiele 20 km, Hansestadt Stralsund 30 km, Ostseebad Binz 40 km, Miniaturpark Rügen 1 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner lives in the same residence. The owners greet guests personally upon arrival. For fire safety reasons, the parking space for electric cars/hybrid vehicles is located about 50 m away outside the property. Warm en gezellig ingericht appartement

Het appartement is warm en met zorg ingericht. Het is zeer schoon. Alles is aanwezig een een compleet ingerichte keuken. De tuin is heerlijk om in te zitten. Een hartelijk welkom van de gastvrouw en gastheer en zeerbehulpzaam. In de omgeving kan gefietst worden en heel veel om te bezoeken is dichtbij. Leuke restaurantjes in het dorp. Er is ook een supermarkt met bakker op loopafstand. Kortom een fijne plek om te verblijven!

Schöne Ferienwohnung im schmucken Gingst

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung im zauberhaften Rügen-Örtchen Gingst, direkt am historischen Marktplatz gelegen. Geschmackvolles Ambiente, herzliche Vermieter. Gingst ist gut geeignet als ruhiger Standort für Touren nach Ummanz und Hiddensee oder an die Bäder an der Ostküste und restliche Insel. Bushaltestelle 1 Minute. Fahrradverleih, EDEKA, Apotheke, Buchladen, Restaurants am Ort vorhanden.
