"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. "The property is beautiful. It lacks some basic things like enough toilet paper, facial tissue and an iron. We chose to use Sunday as a relaxing pool day and a large family with several children who were not guests arrived and spent the day. They were so loud we stayed away from the pool until they left, late afternoon. We had trouble contacting the manager but that was probably a phone issue and when we emailed the host he responded to assist. My daughter figured out how to contact her. Overall,...

"We loved absolutely everything about our stay in Cortona! Samantha and Alen were great communicators and made the check in easy. The apartment is perfection! From the tall, shuttered windows, beautiful tiled floors, high ceilings and amazing terrace, it was amazing!! The location couldn’t have been better and the views….. Even though I didn’t really use it, the kitchen was well stocked. All in all- wow!! We didn’t want to leave and hope to be back."
