The house is fully equipped, perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends.
This house belonged to my grandparents and has been preserved, cared for, and restored with love. 19th-century floors and exposed stone walls create a warm and charming atmosphere.
The property, located right in the center, is equipped with all modern amenities: a smart TV and Wi-Fi; fully air-conditioned rooms that allow you to enjoy it any time of year; a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker; a spacious living room with a table; and a bathroom with a shower stall and washing machine. With sleeping accommodations for 6, the two bedrooms allow families to maintain their privacy. The two bedrooms and the living room open onto balconies where you can spend your evenings sipping Spritz or Apulian wines. The apartment is on the first floor, accessible by elevator, and overlooks a large park—the city’s oxygen oasis. The area is well-served by bars, pizzerias, grocery stores, and delis offering Apulian specialties to go.

This brand-new and elegant vacation home is a delightful place to stay and offers the opportunity to visit the charming town of Giovinazzo. The town boasts several kilometers of cliffs with crystal-clear waters, complete with fully equipped beaches and beach clubs. Diving into the green waters will be an unforgettable experience.
Located in the center of Giovinazzo, 300 meters from the sea and the train station, from which you can easily reach other major tourist destinations: Bisceglie, Trani, Barletta, Bari, Torre a Mare, Polignano, Monopoli, Brindisi, Lecce, Alberobello, and Matera.
In Giovinazzo, you’ll find the charming little marina nestled next to the delightful historic center, surrounded by 15th-century walls, and you can choose to explore the historic center perched above the sea or head toward the Ponente waterfront. You can visit the 12th-century cathedral and ancient palaces such as the 17th-century Palazzo Ducale, as well as the old walls that make up the city’s fortifications, built in the 15th century to protect the town. If you’re an early riser, you can watch the sun rise directly over the sea from the eastern promenade, while in the evening, strolling along the western promenade, you can enjoy the magic of the sunset—once again over the sea. Giovinazzo, in fact, is one of the few places where the sun rises and sets over the sea. In the evening, you can explore the nightlife spots, where you can spend your evenings dancing or simply dining and sipping delicious cocktails.
