"We were in town for a long weekend. High school friends. The house was clean and had good appliances. It is an older home that seems to be in the process of being refurbished. The wood floors and wall moldings are lovely. The communication with the host was outstanding. She was very responsive and kind."

"This was our third time staying at this lovely home in Youngstown to visit family. We love how Steven and Shawn update it seasonally (in November the Christmas tree was up along with holiday directions). Everything about the home makes me smile, from the beautiful kitchen, to the comfy beds and the relaxing couch in the living room. We even got to grill in the backyard and enjoy the summer weather. "We were visiting family in the area and enjoyed Mr Martin's home - it had everything we needed, and the dogs especially loved the wide open spaces to run around. The Sparkle Mart was very convenient and the road was not loud at all - nice place to stay! "

"House was as listed. Everything we could use was there. Kitchen, bathrooms, living room all very well thought out and lacked nothing. Even outdoor toys for children! The house had not been cleaned well. The walls had visible handprints and cobwebs and there was hair on the floor in nearly all the rooms. Window sill and window in kitchen was very dirty. I believe the cleaners are at fault for this, not the owners. We loved the house. "

"I cant say enough about the property! It was amazing! We had a age range from 1 to 91 and this fit all our needs! Sunny was amazing! Very communicative and accommodating to our needs!!!!!! Loved it! Try the swim sap it was the icing on the cake!"
