Comfortable and welcoming.

The hotel is showing its age, but it still has the charm of the regal hotel of its heyday. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and the pool area is beautiful. All the staff were extremely friendly.

The hotel is beautiful and very romantic. It feels more like a resort than a hotel. The pool is huge! We love it, stayed in all day. The staff was so friendly and very attentive and available.live music at night, beautiful property, safe and did I mention, romantic! The room is dated. I love the hotel and don't want to say anything bad but it could use some renovation. Small TV, clunky shower, hard bed. It doesn't feel 5 star for that reason. The cute parts of town are quite a ways walking. There's not much around the hotel. BUT I want to reiterate that this is a romantic place that you don't want to leave. The weather, the palm trees, the pool, the staff, the music. I loved it. Just trying to manage North American expectations

Classic hotel with a beautiful pool, nice bar and good food. The rooms need some upgrades specially the bathrooms. The staff is lovely, so overall a nice experience.

Se destaca la atencion del personal, el mantenimiento del establecimiento bastante deficiente, la habitación en muy malas condiciones y el exterior ya empieza a mostrar deterioro también, la piscina con muchos baldosines rotos. El hotel requiere un mantenimiento urgente!!

Muy buenas y mal manetinidas las instalaciones. No cuentan con suficientes toallas para la piscina. El personal administrativo es bastante rudo y no se preocupan por resolver. Los baños son muy feos y en general las habitaciones y las zonas sociales del hotel. Se ve muy desorganizado.

El hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones, pero se le siente el paso de los años. El ascensor huele a guardado, los pisos y en general todo a pesar de estar bien mantenido se le nota el paso de los años.
