"My stay would be perfect if the reception team was more cooperative, we spend 20 minutes for check in because one of the receptionists insisted that the confirmation should be as a pdf format although I have confirmation number. And on checkout, I needed to check out in early morning due to my flight time, but no one was there at the reception although I was told it is open 24/7. "Very beautiful location and friendly people at Reception and Restaurant. Almost everything perfect. Some things to improve is for people with a glutenfree diet. They do their best but please put a machine next to the glutenfree breakfast where these people can toast the gv bread because the bread is very dry.
