"The location is ideal for traveling to several towns in the area. We did find the sleeper sofa unusable (blocked the exit too much) and the kitchenette was lacking a few expected items. However, the unit was fantastic made for a great family vacation spot. We shall return."

"The Salty Sailor was an excellent, affordable, and pet friendly rental. Nice location on ridge rd next to Mr Baldys which is a must to try if you stay here. The rooms are a bit older but maintained well. I didn’t experience any of the conditions that were listed in the other reviews here. We would certainly stay here again."

"We stayed here for several days during Pony Penning Week. The cottage is small, but cute, comfortable, and well appointed. We had a minor plumbing issue on day 2, and our host responded immediately and rectified the problem with no interruption to our plans. AC units in each room kept us cool, despite hot, muggy weather. You'll want bug spray; the mosquitoes are fierce at dawn and dusk. (The island is on a salt marsh after all.) The cottage location is convenient to plenty of restaurants, shops,...
