"This is one of the best hotels in Ordu, with all tourist amenities nearby. The location was amazing. Our room, air-conditioning, washroom, staff service, everything was great. The most important thing that stood out for us was the hotel staff, who sincerely provided very professional and great service to us. So a BIG thank you to hotel staff. We loved our stay. Thank you"

"Travelling solo on a bicycle, this was a great place to arrive after a long day. The reception was very welcoming and efficient. The large pool looked very inviting but I arrived after 18.30 and it was closed for the outdoor dining guests to eat in peace. I was one of them later and the food and service was very good. I had a wonderful suite with sea view which was bigger than I needed but that was what was still available."

"A solid find on the Black Sea coast. Liva sits right in the center of Görele, which is exactly where you want to be —- walkable, convenient, no fuss. Free parking on site, which matters more than it sounds when you’re moving through the region by car. Breakfast is included and genuinely good —- the kind of spread that actually fuels a morning rather than just checking a box. Rooms are clean and modern, nothing to complain about. But the staff is what makes it: professional, warm, and clearly invested in the place. Worth your business if you’re coming through."
