"-instalaciones en general ok -habitación no está mal pero le falta mantenimiento, se ve antigua. -desayuno buffet ha desmejorado mucho, tiempo atrás tenían un buffet delicioso, esta ocasión fue muy básico."

"We had a great experience! The hotel was perfect fornour needs. And Pablo made sure we had everything we needed. He organized our trasportation and answered all our questions. My only feedback would be to improve the sonorization in the rooms adjacent to the commom areas. In some instances, we had other guests having loud phone conversations while we were trying to nap. Other rooms do not have this issue, but I do think it would be worthwhile improving. "

"The place was very nice great area .Close to park and places to eat. The staff was great the breakfast was served individually by a very nice young man the front desk workers were great.The only thing I would suggest up grading tv and tv mount plus more hooks to hang things in bathroom and inside room.One more things shelves in bathroom for towels and or toiletries,Would recommend to anyone going to Cuenca"

"I can't say enough about the Casa Montalvo team and how pleasant the place is. Just a beautiful small hotel that feels very comfortable and homey. Everyone is so sweet and attentive, and the breakfasts are gourmet. Wilmer is an amazing chef and manager. They go the extra mile to ensure guests have all they need to have a great stay in Cuenca. Great location too."

"The staff is very friendly and the lighting and bedding are great, with plenty of blankets provided. However, the breakfast is just average. A major downside is the shower design, which causes the entire bathroom floor to get wet—this definitely needs to be fixed. Also, we could have used more towels during our stay."
