The hotel was maintained to a high standard. The staff were always very helpful. The hotel is about 1.5KM from the old town of Girona about a 20 minuet walk

Excellent hotel close to the Girona center.

The stay at Best Western Premier in Girona was excellent. Great value for money. The room was quite big with great bed and beddings. I liked the room décor. Very nice and clean bathroom with great toiletries. I also enjoyed great breakfast at the very nice hotel's restaurant.

The room itself was brilliant value for money. Definitely had that wow factor walking in to both the room and the hotel reception. The only thing that let it down was the cleaning of the room. Had to wash away hairs and dirt in the bath tub. I’ll put it down to a small mistake, as the rest of the experience was very good. If you’re looking for a nice night in Girona, this is the place to go!

Liked: front desk staff, spacious room, fluffy towels, even has face towels which is rare in Europe, kettle and fridge, water pressure. Disliked: room desperately needs a new coat of paint, scratches on all walls, dinner at restaurant was not good, bathtub didn’t drain well. Hotel is 20 minutes walk from train station and 25 minutes walk from old town where all the sightseeings and restaurants are. Bus runs every 15 minutes across the street to old town. Front desk staff can provide details. Underground parking. No good restaurants nearby. Department store next door has a market and a restaurant.

It was decent. Staff were nice, helpful. Our stay was comfortable. It’s a bit over priced but maybe it’s due to the area. Conveniently it is next to the Corte Ingles. They do allow dogs. The internet was pretty good for work.
