Fully renovated bright apartment in the heart of the historic center. The apartment is located on Carrer Cort Reial. It is a perfect location for culture and history lovers. On the first floor of a completely renovated 16th century building, it has all modern comforts (elevator, air conditioning). It retains the authentic character of an old building with high ceilings and walls made of original stones. It has a small terrace and balcony overlooking the square!

The living room has a Smart TV, high quality fast internet, a comfortable sofa convertible into a double bed and a dining table for 6 people. The apartment also has a fully equipped modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas oven and Nespresso coffee machine. It also has a dedicated laundry sink with a washer-dryer hidden behind a sliding wall. The apartment has two bedrooms; a master bedroom and an additional bedroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe and the additional bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioning. There are two bathrooms, a full bathroom with shower and an additional bathroom. The apartment has plenty of storage space. There is a small indoor terrace.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Old Town, which is partly closed for traffic and it is not allowed to park. By car you can only enter 3x per quarter year. For instance one for your check-in and one for your check-out. However, you can stop to unload your luggage in a little square in front of our office.This is a self-check-in apartment. Tourist tax: Tourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. Tourist tax not included in the price (16+, max 7 nights).
