Eiximenis - Holiday Apartment Rental in Girona | Bravissimo

Cosy one-bedroom penthouse apartment with air-conditioning in the center of Girona, between the Old Town and the modern part of the city. On the top floor and with a spacious terrace with beautiful views to the southwest where you can see the sunset over Plaça U d'octubre de 2017.The bedroom has a double bed and there is a sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with elevator. When you enter the apartment, you see the living room with an open kitchen. There is a dining table with three chairs and a sitting area with a comfortable sofa (bed).The bedroom has a double bed that cannot be split into two single beds and ample wardrobe space. There is an en suite bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet.Of course, this apartment is equipped with TV, fast internet, washing machine, microwave, etc. Everything for a pleasant stay. The terrace is beautiful and spacious with privileged views of Girona and one of the most famous squares in the town. This terrace is perfect for a summer dinner, a morning coffee or having a nice glass of wine watching the sun set.
Notes:
The apartment is located between the Old Town and the modern part of city. The apartment is on the fifth floor. The apartment is reachable by car so you can come in front of the apartment, via Gran Via de Jaume I and then you have to turn left, before arriving Cinema's museum of Girona. You cannot park in front of the apartment, but you can stop there to unload your suitcases, and then look for a parking. When you are in the apartment, it is for you and only for you. It is your home in Girona!

A late check-in is no problem, but we do have a policy (after 21:00).Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges:- From 21:00 to 23:00, 20 euro;- From 23:00 to 00:00, 40 euro;- Check-in after 00:00 is in principle not possible.Of course, if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 00:00 we will be there for you.



Tourist tax: Tourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. Tourist tax not included in the price (16+, max 7 nights).

Fab top floor space for 2 people.Lift was old but very efficient Very close to old town… 2 minute walkVery clean and nice bright decorTowels and sheets are excellent quality.We loved our stay and hired bikes for 3 days to see the surroundings.We ?? loved Girona and this apartment!
