New apartment, located in the center of the city, next to the local market 'Mercat del Lleo', in the area where the barri vell begins. It is near Plaza Catalunya, has three rooms, a double and two singles, with two full bathrooms and a bright kitchen overlooking the river Onyar and with ample dining space and living room. Fully equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and everything you need to be at home. With a very modern decoration and great warmth.

It is a very well designed apartment, with a corridor that separates the day area and the night area. On one side there are three bedrooms, one double and two singles, with a total capacity for 4 people. There are two complete bathrooms with sink, toilet and shower. On the other side, there is the fully equipped kitchen and the living room, a large sofa, television and wifi and with a large window overlooking the Onyar river that gives the apartment lots of light. It has everything you need to make you feel at home. It is located on the first floor of a recently completely renovated building, with lift.

Notes:
The apartment is located in the center of the city and you are not allowed to park in the street. You can stop to unload your luggage quickly but you will have to park somewhere else.



A late check-in is no problem but we do have a policy (after 21.00). Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges: - From 21:00 to 23:00, 20€; - From 23:00 to 00:00, 40€; - Check-in after 00:00 is in principle not possible.Of course if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 00.00 we will be there for you.

Tourist tax: Tourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. Tourist tax not included in the price (16+, max 7 nights).
