Old building - Modern rooms

We were in a newly renovated room on the 1st floor. Whilst not big the room was a comfortable size with all the mod cons. The digitally operated shower was a first! The Historic Hotel location is great - near the cathedral but also within walking distance of everything in Girona. The staff were pleasant and helpful and provided suggestions of where to eat etc. A great place to stay!

Great hotel in a great area, with a very friendly and helpful staff ably headed by Xavier. A bit noisy being next to the church as the bells take some getting used to, but they didn't keep us awake. In fact they add to the charm. It's an easy walk to the shops and squares and too many noteworthy places to eat to mention here.

A very nice, clean, and pleasant hotel, reasonably priced in the very heart of the historic city. Excellent and friendly hosts who make this a place we hope to return. Would recommend the hotel to anyone. Very good place.

Girona - Great location

Very good hotel in city center. Only issue is location at top of hill, but only two blocks away, downhill, from the city center. Great, interesting town!

Wonderful stay!

We spent two nights at Hotel Historic in Gerona. We couldn't have ask for a better experience. Located in the heart of the old district it offered all of the charm and ambiance of a much more expensive hotel. The proprietor was friendly and a wealth of information. We thoroughly enjoyed our talks with him and he seemed never to tire of our many questions. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to get to know the real Gerona.. 't

A room that is both comfortable and reminiscent.

The room was extremely modern and comfortable but hinted at the age of the building with its beautiful stone wall. Our room faced the adorable cobblestone, narrow street and was very quiet at night. You can, with perserverence get there by car. (The road beside the church is not a dead end.)

Au coeur du centre historique de Gérone

Parfaitement situé dans le coeur historique de Gérone. Bel hôtel avec chambre à l'ameublement soigné. Tout le confort nécessaire. Très bon accueil avec beaucoup d'informations utiles pour visiter la ville. nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner.
