Farmstay in Gironde

"Hele fijne plaats om te verblijven. Rustig en toch alles in de buurt. Winkel, bakker, restaurant op wandelafstand. Batminton, pingpong, zwembad, wandelen tussen de wijnranken...Fijne ontvangst en een fles huiswijn als ontvangstkado."

"We stayed at La Vieille Ferme at the end of June 2025. We were four couples and an infant - myself, my wife, our three children and spouses. We loved the setting, the area, the house and the facilities. Jo was an excellent host and made us very welcome without intruding. We would happily stay again!"

"The house is lovely and in a beautiful area but has not really been set up for renting. The communication from the owner was poor, with no communication until just before arriving, and no instructions left for running the house. This then became an issue when we left. We had put all the recycling in the bins at the end of the drive. There was no bin or area for glass so we created a box with glass bottles in. This was then raised as an issue when we left, plus we were charged an additional £83...

"Belle gîte honoured its name: within an old farmhouse this gîte was charmingly set and furbished, with access to beautiful terrace under high roof where we relaxed every night and during daytime as well. The pool is in the back garden with view on vineyards and surrounding area. Hosts Simon and Cheryl are wonderful, around and available if needed, warm and positive attitude. Peaceful area full of vineyards."

"A very large wonderfull House at the dordogne River . We Made a fishing tour at the dordogne and stay one week there . Everything was top."

"Fantastic little place in the middle of the vineyards. Truly enjoyed the home, BBQ and pool. Communcation went smooth and the place is in a great condition. It more then met our expectations and we would recommend it 👍"
