"Beautiful well located hotel. Great staff and nice rooms. Our only caution is many rooms are accessed only by stairs and for older folks might be a chore. Parking is accrosd the street but it’s not easy to access and again you have to take your luggage up a flight of stairs to get out of the parkade. "

"This is my second stay. The staff are superior. Let’s be clear. This is a tourist class hotel as a tourist hotel. They’ve simply done a superior job. I read reviews for travelers are holding a tourist class to the standard of the plaza. This is stupid. When I return to Toulouse, I will stay here again."

"The hotel is in a great location, near restaurants and plenty of shopping and historical religious sites. The staff were very pleasant and the room was comfortable with good wifi and a nice bathroom. The bus from the airport leaves you across the street arriving and picks up from the corner leaving."
