We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over. The stairs to the room were very narrow and unsafe especially at night when you could only put a light on at the beginning of the climb so we had to use our cellphone to shine the flashlight in order to see anything! "It was a lovely hotel right in the downtown area and super convenient. Hotel was not full when we stayed there at all, but was still given a room facing away from the water without any offer of an upgrade (as other hotels have typically done). Breakfast buffet was excellent. Was a definitely nice experience."
