"We have just got back from staying here for a week & could not say enough good things about TC. The grounds were gorgeous, so well looked after, the staff were flawless and the food was so fresh and delicious! Pool area was super relaxing and rooms were so clean & fresh. A few minutes drive into Otranto & would recommend a car to get around and explore as there is lots to see and do! Big shout out to Matteo (I think that’s the spelling) he was the greatest hotel waiter! "

"My first impressions were that this is a well- appointed and sophisticated resort. The design is beautiful, but be aware that the entire resort is terraced off into multiple levels, so there is lots of stairs. However, there are some strategically located elevators for those that have trouble navigating flights of stairs. My stay was during the first weekend of October 2024 and little did I know, that this is already considered the “off-season“. While that means more affordable lodging rates, it also means a muted vibe and a reduced level of services I’d expect in a 4-star resort. Moreover, the resort is situated outside of town and a visit to the seafront, restaurants , and shops meant a 15 to 20 minute walk. While the resort does have a shuttle van, it was not in operation to transport guests to/from the seafront or the train station (I walked a mile/1.6 km with luggage from the station on check-in day). Uber was not available and no local buses were running in October. The on-site restaurant was mediocre, with the exception of the breakfast which was great! There are 2 tiny bars, but a full-service lounge is needed. But despite these criticisms for the resort as a whole, I must say that ALL of the staff I interacted with during my stay was friendly, professional and accommodating. They exhibited pride in what they did for guests. Overall, I would still recommend a stay here. But be sure to ask a lot of questions about seasonal services before you book or visit. "

"We absolutely LOVED this hotel!!!!! You feel at peace and so relaxed staying here, reminds me of a hotel in the countryside yet it’s so convenient being so close to all the popular towns and beaches. It truly is the best of both worlds. Everything was so so clean and the rooms were stunning, we even had a little sitting area outside of our room. The staff goes above and beyond with everything and anything you could need. It rained one morning when we were there and they went out of their way to bring our breakfast to our room free of charge. You can tell that that everyone that works there loves their job, they are so genuine and kind, giving us amazing recommendations for places nearby to visit. Always smiling and helpful. "It was absolutely gorgeous. Was our third trip to the Puglia area, and to discover a place like this … lovely, modern and with immaculate pools was such a treat. Yes the pool is a few minutes walk from the main hotel, but isn’t that sometimes the case with big complexes? And if you don’t want to walk, a shuttle is available. The pool and shuttle are both included, so no extra cost. Lovely selection of drinks at breakfast, aswell as cereals, pastries and a bit of an Italian spread. The balcony was huge, gorgeous view of the sea with lovely furniture. Our apartment was 2 bed, so no having to set up a bed in the living space. The reception staff spoke great English and helped us discover local places we wanted to visit. We honestly loved this hotel, it was the perfect end to a multi stay break."
