"Location, location, location! You can reach two famous places in minutes. One of them is in a walking distance. Oceanview rooms are relaxing. Big room, nice balcony, lovely breakfast and just adorable staff - doing what ever they could to make us feel welcome and comfortable. <3 Gave us great tips for restaurants in the neighborhood and even arranged some local olive oil for me to take back home (tasted lovely, just as promised). I would recommend this place to anybody considering going to this area!"

"Amazing private and independent spacious rooms, super comfortable bed, spotless and equipped with everything you need for your stay. The property is well maintained, quiet and just beautiful. However, you do need a car to get there and around. Angelo and his wife were amazing hosts, prepared delicious homemade sweet and savory breakfasts every morning. I highly recommend attending the dinner they organize once a week. Overall one of the best stays we’ve had, will definitely come back again "

"E’ una struttura nuova, luminosa . La camera e’ molto spaziosa e l’aria condizionata funzionava molto bene, con cassaforte , televisione e frigo per le bevande . Per il resto non ci sono altri servizi , a parte la reception e la sala colazioni , dove vengono serviti ottimi dolci . Ahimè non hanno niente di salato , il che è una pecca secondo me . "Abbiamo trascorso una settimana tranquilla,fin troppo. La location é bella. Gli appartamenti confortevoli ma poco puliti. La piscina bella e grande, unica pecca che é completamente e perennemente esposta al sole cocente. Non c é animazione alcuna. Poco personale unico competente sig. Nuccio. Spiaggia piú vicina deludente. Per le spiagge attrezzate e a pagamento bisogna aggiungere dai 150 ai 200€ a minimo 3/4 km di distanza. "

"Se volete visitare il Salento in lungo e in largo questo posto non fa per voi perché è talmente bello e accogliente che vi dispiacerà uscire. Una volta varcata la soglia dell’ingresso si entra in uno splendido giardino (con piscina) e in una magnifica abitazione suddivisa in appartamenti. Magnifico il restauro che ben si sposa con gli arredi e le luci sempre ricercate. I padroni di casa sanno regalare una accoglienza autentica e discreta. Ottima la colazione (non inclusa). "

"Set in a quiet rural location surrounded by olive groves and trullis, the villa is ideally located for sightseeing. There is a very nice pool area and tennis courts . We stayed in a chalet in the grounds. There was plenty of space but the shower cabinet was very cramped and awkward. Galatina, a fifteen minute drive away, is an interesting town with beautiful buildings and we had a really good meal in Gallatone, another easily accessible town."

"We had an amazing time staying at Massimo’s place. The villa is even more beautiful in person and was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. It was central to a bunch of other nearby places on our list to visit and centrally located in the town. Massimo was a great host and very communicative and helpful throughout our stay as well as during our trip planning process. Can’t recommend staying here enough, and would love to come back to stay again. His place made our trip so special!"

"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."
