The accommodation was good, only there was no good bed for the child, communication was not good, on the site it gives the options of France , Dutch and English, most of the time there were only France speaking staff

Dated but nice hotel in the middle of town

Price and quality matches here. Nothing fancy and things are somewhat dated, but a decent hotel when travelling through Givet. Free parking is available and within walking distance.

Nice little hotel, 2 minutes walk to the town centre with lots of restaurants and cafés. Friendly staff at the hotel, hotel is warm and clean and has easy parking. Would recommend.

1 keer maar nooit meer.

Na het lezen van de uitmuntende recencies van andere reizigers waren we heel enthousiast om zelf te vertrekken. Eens aangekomen in het hotel lachte de receptionist ons uit met onze kamerkeuze. (Bleek dat de foto’s op het zoekertje niet overeen kwamen met de kamer in werkelijkheid). Mits bijbetaling kregen we een grotere kamer. De kamer was afgeleefd (gaten in muren, vliegen op de kamer, muffe geur,…). Ook het ontbijt vonden we tegenvallen. Afbakbroodjes, industrieel brood en weinig keuze. De eieren en het spek waren al op voor we kwamen ontbijten en werd niet meer aangevuld. Onze laatste nacht was er veel lawaai (kloppen, boren, zagen) op de kamer over ons. Dit op een zondag om 21u ‘‘s avonds. Na het bellen van de receptie werd dit probleem vrij snel verholpen. Voor ons geen 3 sterren waard.

La chambre était spacieuse, la literie très convenable et propre. Petit bémol, pas de chauffage, ni dans la chambre, ni dans la sdb...le lavabo était bouché et la bouilloire cassée, donc elle a fuit...sinon, correct vu le prix. (Il y avait des couvertures supplémentaires, nous n'avons pas eu froid).
