"Rooms had some signs of wear and tear, but were kept clean and tidy. Daily inquiries if I wanted my rooom clleaned. As the hotel lies along a quite busy street AND traffic in Egypt is VERY noisy, some noise in the rooms facing the street is unavoidable (I was prepared with ear-plugs, and that worked fine with me). I must commend the friendly an service-minded staff. They went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I will also reccomend the trips arranged by the hotel. I had a very knowledgable and nice guide ("Hime") and competent driver(s). They made me feel as safe one can be in the traffic maelstrom of Cairo(!) I had a great stay and can reccomend the hotel to anyone looking fra a nice and safe base for adventures in the Cairo /Giza area. "

"Excellent location and Pyramid view. The rooftop restaurant was excellent as well. The breakfast choices could be better to accommodate variety of guests. "Great location and the rooms facing pyramids. Our room size was huge, jacuzzi with pyramids view. The windows are wall to wall and bottom to ceiling giving the best view of pyramids from everywhere in the room. Their restaurant is very convenient and roof top view of pyramids. It’s the very good location. Restaurant staff is very courteous and food is decent. They were able to get us the cabs from to airport and also arrange for a tour etc. that was very convenient. A bit pricey compared to what we could have done with Uber ourselves. But it’s worth being in the new country and convenience of going to multiple places Area and approach to the hotel can be a bit daunting but as long as uber or car is there it’s good. Overall quality of bathrooms/fittings can be better but since we there for just one day it was good for us. In all it’s a great location, good staff and convenience to Giza pyramids etc. "

"View on the balcony was great. Peter in reception was very kind and most helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious. We stayed on New Years Eve and the fireworks were awesome. fireworks display was awesome."
