Muy limpio la habitación y el personal muy amable!

Tye staff are friendly and cooperative

Our stay was exceptional. Abdo was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure we were safe and happy. He took us to some great places for shopping and suggested great ways to spend our time in Cairo. Breakfast was phenomenal and the room was modern and clean. I totally recommend it.

Great clean rooms, fully equipped, helpful staff, close to attractions.

We chose this hotel because of the location, but will end up going back due to the impeccable service we received from Osama and his family. They booked excursions for us, showed us local dining spots, and we even shared in a birthday celebration. The rooms were clean, cool (AC) and tidy. The upstairs balcony was the perfect place to enjoy a meal with a view. Being in the service industry, this is the number one thing that will keep me coming back. Osama and his crew exceeded all of our...

Gamal and the team are just amazing. It needs more more upgrade. Specially. The sofas. There were just dirty. The beds were comfy. Best room 102 . Dont take 107. The bathroom is really small. The outside is really dusty. Kids run to you to ask you for money and follow you all the way. Dnt trust people from outside to help you get to the pyramids. Since they are egyptian. They dnt pay to enter to the pyramids. They will give their fare and you wont understand it because it is in arabic. Dont...

Great location, good food, beautiful view! We had a local driver and tour guide for pick up & drop off services (not with the hotel), so we alwasy felt safe!

Loved the hospitality, the personal touch and the helpful tips and tours they offered. I can’t wait to go and visit this hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent room condition and view

great place to stay

If I knew 1/4 of what I know after my visit I would have saved hours of planning. This hotel is by far in the safest location in Giza if there really is one. Staff: Ms. Ratiba is the owner and truly was like my second mother when I was there. I am a solo traveler. Brother Mahmoud and Ahmed were the coolest guys in Giza and would do anything to make your stay better PLUS made the most divine breakfast every morning for free. They know how much I loved their orange juice and always...

Amazing and breathtaking view of the pyramids. No where in the world can you be dining while enjoying the view and closeness of the pyramids. 5 stars hotel. Service needs improvement, but this is Egypt.

This is our first stay at a Four Seasons hotel. We always hear it's posh and very luxurious at any Four seasons so we had great expectations. We arrived late at nite after a traumatic taxi ride from the airport, we were greeted by the friendly staff and concierge and was upgraded to a premium room with the pyramids view from the balcony so that was amazing! The breakfast buffet was very delicious and kind staff. We tried all tge restaurants and the best was the Aura lebanese restaurant,...

So, arriving late at night into Cairo international, the Visa, and passport control is a process, while in line I was communicating with the owner of the hotel, Mohamed,(he has the patience of a saint) met me and drove us back to the hotel, stopping on the way for fresh sugar cane juice, which I appreciated! After a 40 min drive we arrived, my room at the very top of the building, so at 2.30am sipping tea in the shadow of the Pyramids is magical! The rooms are clean, towels, soap, etc provided, AC...
