Our stay was exceptional. Abdo was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure we were safe and happy. He took us to some great places for shopping and suggested great ways to spend our time in Cairo. Breakfast was phenomenal and the room was modern and clean. I totally recommend it.

We chose this hotel because of the location, but will end up going back due to the impeccable service we received from Osama and his family. If I knew 1/4 of what I know after my visit I would have saved hours of planning. This hotel is by far in the safest location in Giza if there really is one. Amazing and breathtaking view of the pyramids. No where in the world can you be dining while enjoying the view and closeness of the pyramids. 5 stars hotel. Service needs improvement, but this is Egypt.

This is our first stay at a Four Seasons hotel. We always hear it's posh and very luxurious at any Four seasons so we had great expectations. I am in love with this place!! The staff is the best I’ve seen!! So friendly, attentive, professional!! I was referred to as Mr. Adam and if I asked for anything, it was brought to my room!
