"Really nice room in a nice neighbourhood. Even though I stayed on a Friday night, there wasn't much noise after midnight. I stayed during a heatwave and the air condition was amazing! The water pressure in the shower was perfect too! If I go ever go to Bilbao again, I will try to stay here."

"This is a charming hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were excellent. The only negative is the absence on any parking and having to rely on street parking in the adjoining commercial district. Also, actually dropping off and picking up luggage is a challenge in the narrow cobbled streets. But after you are checked in, it is a fabulous location with great views and amazing charming dining options, beach close by."

"Everything was perfect except the AC got shut down at night making it hot and unable to sleep. On informing the staff they told they would take care of it. However, the next day it was naturally cold, and we did not have to use the AC"

Nice area close to the subway system to get anyone in the city only thing which is not a bad thing, there is no staff available physically but if you call the number they pick up and help you with whatever they can. Only stating this because I know there’s people that prefer to have staff at hand as for me it was great."
