We came for the race so weren't in the room much, but it wasn't very clean. Lots of fruit flies. The manager or owner was very friendly though.

Front desk staff was super friendly and courteous. I only stayed one night but if I stayed longer I would have complained. The floor was dirty and turned my bare feet or socks black. Curtains did not completely block light and light could be seen around the door. Quick stop yes, longer no.

I liked that this hotel was not far from either Abingdon or Damascus for my bike trip. The breakfast offerings were surprisingly good for a small space. I would prefer different tv channel options during breakfast though (cartoons over fox news!)
