"The whole place is in desperate need of an update. Everything is old dated and suitable for a lifestyle in the 70’s (e.g no plug sockets next to the bed). It was so old that it felt dirty but it is hard to vouch truly for its cleanliness. The gym is virtually unusable with broken equipment and a weight set which is a random collection 6-8 individual dumbbell's. Restaurant is a very hot sports bar with gambling section. Convenient because it is pet friendly and has end destination EV chargers....

"Tub didn’t work, drain was plugged, water wasn’t hot, bathroom sink faucet was loose and drained really slow, and no ice machine on our floor"

"First of all there is no staff. You check in at a kiosk and it spits out a room key. There is no breakfast. It appears the hotel is being remodeled but there at least should be one staff member to greet you."

"Rooms were clean, front desk was great. The kiddy part of the pool was closed and ice machine weren't working. But they had ice at the desk. Breakfast was good."

"When we arrived they had already given our room to someone else, so we had to wait around while they gave us a room even though we already paid. Then, the door wouldn’t open and we had to go back down. The kitchen in the suite had no utensils, dishes, or cooking materials. The floor had crumbs all over it and was clearly not well cleaned. There was some weird bandaid thing with a red substance on it stuck to the wall, and the water in the bathroom smelled terrible. The hallway also smelled...
