"The cleaning staff was rude. The first time they came banging on the door was 8:15! Check out was not till 11"

"I think I may have encountered new help. She told me the wrong way to my room and that breakfast started at 6 am. Breakfast didn’t start until 7 am on the weekends. I am so used to having free breakfast everywhere I stay, I was surprised to find out that breakfast was not included in the room price. "

"Check-in was fine but once we got to our room, the smoke detector battery was dead, so it was chirping. The window was open and couldn’t close it. So we were moved to another room that room didn’t have a shower curtain so we were removed again with third row Camee to find out when we try to get ready for my grandmother’s funeral that the hot water wasn’t hot it was lukewarm and the outlet didn’t work so I couldn’t get ready in the bathroom. Then later on that night on the second night, there were kids in town for the basketball tournament that were extremely loud under us. We complained and were told that they couldn’t do anything because they were guests as well at the hotel. This continued until midnight. And then started back up around 9 o’clock when I went down and complained again in the morning because I caught children running up and down on my floor that didn’t belong on my floor. Nothing was ever done about it. So I checked out a day early requested my refund for that third day and I also want a refund for my entire day. My daughter also was at that hotel and had throw up in her bathroom and had to be moved."

"Clean. Modern. Helpful staff. We had a king suite that was spacious. Very much appreciated the posted food allergens for breakfast. Staff made new food for my daughter to eliminate cross contamination risk. Very much appreciated. Our dislikes were that the bed was incredibly hard and the pillows too soft. "

"The 1st room smelled really bad. Went into the 2nd room it was very old and dated. Hotel very dark and dreary. We checked out and went somewhere else."

"Coffee was lukewarm this morning and we didnt get the room we rented but it worked out. Food was within walking distance and it was close to the soccer field. "

"I wish we could have actually stayed through the night and enjoyed breakfast as planned. We kept trying to give chances to make it right but was left with being told thank you. We booked the suite just for a relaxing evening and the tub doesn't work. I called the front desk and was told sorry and then thank you. No offer to switch rooms. We checked out around midnight because the bed was hard as a rock and when we went downstairs with all our luggage the person at the front desks just checked us out and said we're all set like it wasn't obvious we didn't plan to not use something we spent money on. I didn't even try to mention anything to him, I could tell he just wanted us gone"
