Daraus könnte man mehr machen

Hotel in nicht mehr so gutem Zustand, Hallenbad/Sauna entgegen Angaben nicht verfügbar, check-in dauerte .... ... da zuerst niemand an der Reception, auch auf Klingeln keine Reaktion, und anschliessend die Buchung nicht gefunden wurde. Personal wirkt eher unfreundlich und abweisend. Zimmer ok und sauber, Lage gut. Schade, daraus wäre mehr zu machen.

Alles ziemlich heruntergekommen, schade! Hotspots ungenutzt, kein Wasser im Schwimmbad! Dies wird allerdings auch nicht versprochen auf der Hompage. Irgendwie hat das Hotel aber schon fast etwas "kultiges" man muss nur die Sichtweise ändern!

Ok für ein Wochenenede

Das Hotel ist alt und dadurch renovations bedürftig. Es sollte mehr Personal vorhanden sein, damit man sich als Gast besser betreut fühlt. Für ein Wochenende ok, für längere Aufenthalte nicht mein Fall. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zu Fuss ca. 300m von der Talstation entfernt.

Feeling not welcome

Booked this place for the Kid to experience Snow. The Place was deserted and I am not sure, we probably have been the only guests staying. Check In not friendly, I felt to be a bother. Rooms cold and Heaters could not be cranked up to get some warmth. Food service for Dinner (the only guests) was fine, relatively friendly, speedy and the Cheese Fondue was fine.
