No handrail on stairs for elderly parents.Scaffolding outside house. No outside lighting. No signage to house/concealed entrance."

"We enjoyed our stay at this cottage as it was quiet and relaxing. Took us a while to locate the washer and dryer. The accommodation was really good and comfortable and had everything we needed apart from food but we came well prepared, there was a shop only 10 minutes away by car so was convenient for any extras. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who needs a break. Mrs. Williams came to see us on Sunday to see if all was ok, such a nice lady. Thank you"

"We had an excellent week in Garden Cottage,the location was perfect.The grounds and surrounding woodland provided our dog with the perfect playground.Really comfortable cottage,isolated but with excellent WiFi,Smart TV etc.The only slight criticism is the cooking utensils could do with a bit of an upgrade.However this didn’t spoil what was a brilliant holiday. Thank you."

"Good value but the whole house could do with a thorough deep clean and a review of condition of fixing and fixtures plus updating. It would also be good to ensure there are suitable kitchen pans and tools as would be expected for a house that houses 10 occupants. As well as a deep clean, it would be nice that someone ensured all cutlery and plates were in a clean state prior to being occupied as we had to wash everything before use. Despite this we had an excellent short stay."

The house is very well positioned for everything - mountains, loads of beaches and coastal walks, not far from shops, but in a stunning rural location with no noise or light pollution, so the stars were amazing. The house itself is very spacious and well equipped and the lovely garden is huge. We all felt very at home, and will be back! Thank you so much for all the goodies upon arrival, and the surprise gift at the end, too. "
