Only good thing is the location, it is very central so lots of shops and food near by, easy to talk or get public transport to attractions, staff were nice too. Very small rooms, stayed with my partner and 2 people in these rooms is a struggle to move around each other, rooms without windows felt very claustrophobic. Hallways had a weird smell. One night police were called as another guest was smashing up the place with a fire extinguisher and banging on all the doors while drunk. We felt very unsafe. Saw drug deals happening very close to hotel as well

This is about as basic as a hotel gets. My room was tiny. There was no window, no table or chair, and not even a bedside light. The room was cleaned only once during my five-night stay, and the only real amenity provided was soap. There’s no coffee or tea in the room, although you can buy coffee downstairs in the lobby. The bathroom is also incredibly small, basically a shower and toilet squeezed into one little space, and there’s no fan. The walls are paper thin, so depending on your neighbors, it can get noisy. That said, it wasn’t all bad. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked very well, and there were plenty of plugs, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There are security doors between the lobby and the rooms, so I always felt safe. The location is pretty good too and convenient for getting around Glasgow. Basically, this place is spartan. Very spartan. You get a comfortable bed, a shower, good AC, and a safe place to sleep, but that’s about it. If you’re looking for somewhere relatively inexpensive and just need a place to sleep, it does the job. Just don’t arrive expecting anything resembling a full-service hotel.

Everything was fine except that the bed linen smelt of stale cigarettes. The odour clings to nightwear and after one night stay my clothes went into the laundry basket. Not good. Noisy during the night with late returning guests and banging doors. Convenient location for city centre. Grotty entrance. Very basic room and facilities and far too pricey for what you get. Would not go back.

Good receptionists, staff were absolutely fine and polite but room was severely lacking, was like a shoebox with no chair, desk, lamp, etc. and the bathroom was disappointingly a tiny wet room. Hotel was also located in quite a dodgy, run down area so beware if you’re a woman travelling alone.
