Glasgow as packed due to uni graduations, so the hotels were full, overly expensive and check-in was held up because rooms weren’t ready, which doesn’t chime with the elevated price. It was also hot and with the window open, noisy. Great location though, and the staff are nice…

Great first time stay

Best thing about this hotel is the staff who were friendly, efficient and bent over backwards to make the stay pleasurable. My bathroom needed a general make over but overall the bedroom was fine, the bed comfortable and the temperature ideal
