On our 1st night in the hotel we had at most 3 hours of sleep due to our room being adjacent to the lift shaft. When we complained the next morning we were told what do you expect this is city centre hotel there is bound to be some traffic and internal noise. One staff member took pity on us and arranged for us to move to a room which did indeed suffer from traffic noise but was at least away from the infernal lifts. We did eat in the hotel on the 1st night but that in itself was an experience never to be repeated. At least half the diners walked out, many of the dishes advertised were not available and we had to send our starters back because they were burnt. All in all a less than enjoyable experience for an away break.
Hotel is conveniently close to Glasgow Central Station. The Glasgow Flyer airport bus stop is also a short walking distance away. Staff is friendly and will try to solve any situation that arises. Only complaint I would have is that Hotel charges for wireless internet connection. Something that doesn't make sense in a hotel of this price range. Most business traveller's would expect this.
Cet hôtel est très confortable, les chambres sont très bien entretenues et avec aucun bruit.Situé à deux pas de la central station c'est parfait pour aller à Edimbourg en train par exemple.
