Location of the hotel was excellent. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious and great shower. But the room was extremely hot. The A/C did not cool the room at all. Window wasn’t able to open for fresh air. Lots of shopping and restaurants and bars nearby.

Honestly our favorite out of 5 different stays in UK. Superb staff. Good eats. Quiet, safe, great lift. Great location only 2-3 blocks from transit. Very convenient to eats. Loved our stay here.

We had a good stay at the Premier Hotel in Glasgow. It was the run-of-the-mill larger hotel for the area with not a lot of personality. It was comfortable and clean.

Nice large comfortable quiet room. Automatic check in didn't work but this was a minor issue as there were staff on hand to help. A good place to stay in central Glasgow

The staff could be really rude. They don't let you check in until EXACTLY 3pm, and then there's many other people trying to check in, so you're waiting in a giant line. And the bathroom could really use a deep cleaning. However, the bedroom was clean. The room was dark and quiet, and the location was excellent.

Upon check in, staff was incredibly difficult and belligerent. We booked a quadruple room which is more expensive and stated as having one double and two twin beds and they only had a triple ready because we had 3 people on the booking which is one double and one twin. Outside of check in, the stay was fine. I wouldn't say the beds are worth bragging about as I woke with a backache each day. It was quiet and mostly clean

Be prepared that when you arrive, you will be checking into your room by way of a computer interface. There was no personal interaction. However, when I had to leave early because I was sick and needed to go to the hospital, they were very nice about letting me know that they would hold my reservation open if I decided to come back after being to the hospital. That was very kind of them.

I was a little weary about a more budget chain hotel but it was great. The room was very clean and the location was excellent, by the two main train stations and right on the main pedestrian shopping area. The 12 pm check out was amazing for a later flight out. I had trouble checking in the kiosk, likely due to it being Expedia but staff was there to help. There was a nice kettle and real glass mugs. The beds were comfy and the shower great. There is Aircon but the coolest it will go is 19 C. Not America AC cold but comfortable enough. I would stay here again for sure!

We were given two rather large handicap accessible rooms and nothing to put our suitcases on. I went downstairs to discuss this and was told there was nothing they could do. Nearly no amenities, no air-conditioning and the windows did not open so I was hot all night.

Loved it! Very comfortable, awesome location. The only bad thing was the check in, the machine couldn’t find my reservation and the line to do it with an agent was around 15min. But the service was really good, definitely would come back
